My wife bought me this hat as a gift to add to my novelty 90+ hat collection. Sadly to say, this is the worst one. I have worn it twice. Each time, the grass falls off and it leaves very noticeable green flakes on my forehead. I would have retuned the hat but missed the return window due to a family matter.

I’m a bev cart girl at a golf course and bought this for our biggest tournament of the year. I tried this on and the black mesh on the bottom was LITERALLY FLAKING OFF AND GOT ALL OVER MY HAIR AND FACE TO THE POINT I HAD TO SHOWER!!!! SO I didn’t wear it, BUT the golfers (who were drinking) LOVED ITTTT!! I got them to wear it and it brought a ton of extra fun to the tournament. However, I would NOT recommend this for somebody who actually wanted to wear it as intended because of the black stuff flaking off. (Like those old full body Halloween costumes do, you know?) The product as a hat is 1 star (or less TBH) BUT it served its purpose for me and made me extra tips, and its just a hilarious item and would bring fun and laughs to your day so it gets 4 stars(:

The product itself was not to my liking due to manufacture defects that made it unwearable (lol - is that a word?), BUT the customer service I received from Windy City Novelties was amazing, top notch and first rate! They were communicating with me in less than 30 minutes after my initial call to Amazon, and continued to do so until we resolved the issue. Even though I did not like this product, I would not hesitate to purchase again from Windy City Novelties. Regarding the product, the material used inside the hat continuously emits a brown powdery dirt like substance that feels dirty and gritty.

Well made, satisfactory material. Went over as a great success as a funny gift! I would buy again!

I’d give it no stars. Very poor quality and the flag doesn’t stand up.
