Dark Lightning Baby Floats for Pool,Kids Life Jacket from 30 to 50lbs, Compatible 20-30 Pounds Infant/Baby/Toddler for Girls, Pink, Jungle Bus

I bought this for my granddaughter to wear to the indoor waterpark earlier this month. She is 4 years old. She has a "real" puddle jumper but it was used and green and had a shark on it. The shark was coming off and the color was fading around the edges and at the seams. My granddaughter is a real girly girl and wears dresses and loves pink. She weighs 33 pounds so she should be just starting to fit this life jacket because it is for kids 30-50 pounds. The color was great and still looks great after our trip but I'm concerned that this won't fit her next time we go. It's smaller than her green "real" puddle jumper and it just fits around her. The strap has been tightened so there is 1 inch past the clip. This means if she grows more than one inch around in the chest in the next few years while she is short enough to be required to wear a life jacket at Kalahari, this may not fit her. It might not be a big deal because maybe we won't go back to Kalahari until she is tall enough to not need a life jacket or maybe as she gains weight up to 50 lbs she will just have it all in her belly and legs. My concern that I want to share with people who have not purchased this life jacket yet is that they need to measure their child so they know that it will fit. If you know you have a slim child and that they are going to stay that way then you can comfortably purchase this life jacket. She had a great time and went in the deep pools that she wasn't able to touch the bottom of and she went on all the sides that were open for her height and she had a blast. She did way more than she did the last time we went and I know I want to take her to the outside water parks near our house this summer. It dried completely between uses which is awesome because she never had reason to complain that it was cold so she didn't want to put it on. I just don't want to get to a point where she is still less than 50 lbs and this adorable life jacket is too tight for her to wear comfortably or play in easily.

Great product. It took my granddaughter a bit to figure out how to stay vertical and to not freak out if it floated her onto her back but once she got it figured out she was all over that pool!

I am so happy that I purchased this vest. It fits my 22 pound 2 year old great and it keeps her head above the water so she is learning to swim more on her own rather than just me holding her up and pulling her around.

While it does technically work, I would save your money on this and buy a better made product. I compared this to the one I bought at walmart for my other child and this one has much thinner and flimsier foam inside. The foam inside is also very loose and when in use the material on the arm sleeves twists and bunches up. For $8 more, I would rather have an additional one from walmart than this low quality product.

Was able to fit 20month daughter to swim in our pool. She is less than 30lbs and didnt like the infant life vests. Shes now zooming around the pool learning how to swim.

They do as they are designed for. Wish it had a strap on the lower part to hold it down. It kept slipping up. Had to always take the kid out of the pool to push it back down.

So conformable for my daughter. Loves to wear it and is so relaxed in the water. She hated any other float we ever used but this one is great!

Bought for my 18 month old it works great! I love that It causes then to float on their back if you let go of them in the pool instead of forcing them forward. She's able to move around great and we feel much better about her safety!
