does this fit 700c x 35 mm canondale topsole 4?

This fender would be a bit large to fit your 700x35 tire. I would recommend checking out the SKS Speedrocker fender set. It's a perfect set up for 700c wheels and tires up to 42mm wide! It's only compatible with disc brakes though.

Does this come with the front and rear extender as shown in your video series? The illustrations in Amazon only show the front extension. Thanks!

The rear Mudrocker does come with the front extension piece. The extension is also available for purchase seperately.

Has anyone put this on a 24” diameter wheeled bike

We haven't heard of an attempt to mount the Mudrocker on a bike with 24" wheels. However, the mounts are fairly universal and if the bike allows for the measurements of the Mudrocker, it should work for you. The fender measures 840mm long and 95mm wide.
