Had kidney pains and was told it was most likely from being extremely dehydrated, (I drink TONS of water but work in a kitchen so its like Im sweating it out) so the doctor recommended me these just to flush out my system. Over the course of 3-4days the pains went away. Easy to take, and they aren’t super big. The pill capsule itself you can tell it’s like a vegan cover, you can taste that going down, but it’s not nasty. For the price and quality of them, I’d recommend them, effective and quick working.

I have been taking this D Mannose 1300mg with cranberry & Hibiscus for a long time. I was having a lot of UTI's and this has helped so much.
