Unique tree
Well the leaves on the tree were wilted when it arrived. They hydrangeas tree is so unique.

Plant in Burlap
Healthy, well-formed trees but may have a bit of shock on planting with some leaf wilt. They come with a burlap bag around the roots which you should not remove. Remove the plastic bag carefully from around the burlap bag while keeping the burlap intact around the roots. Plant the burlapped root ball. Talked with customer service to learn that. Make sure you keep them out of direct sunlight until ready to plant, and be there when delivered if possible so they do not get hot in the box. I think they will be the best feature of my yard - likely next year.

Tree was damaged upon arrival. Not sure if it’s the correct plant as the blooms it arrived with are pure white, not white and pink. We will see.

Dead tree
The trees leaves were all withered when I took it out of the box. I planted right away and watered really well. Every day it just kept getting worse. The other tree is growing nice.

I hope it grows as beautiful as the photo. I was surprised at how skinny my tree was upon arrival. It has been doing well so far. feed it, water it, and put a support for the trunk. Flowers opened. Don't know if I'll get more. Fingers crossed.

I am having a real hard time keeping the tree alive. It might just be the year of dry weather, but it did not do well with the trip. I hope that I can get it to grow as I am sure it will be a beautiful tree.
