Teff is one of the most nutritious whole grains you can eat. It's high in protein, fiber, iron, magnesium, manganese and zinc, and it's gluten-free I make mine into a porridge for morning breakfast. Because they're such tiny seeds, you do have to be careful when cooking them. To make sure they don't burn at the bottom of the cooking pot, add enough water, stir often, and heat on low for abot 10 minutes.

Good quality grain. Used it already few times for making idli and dosa batter. Came out well. The taste is slightly sour than regular batter.

I always enjoy Bob's Red Mill products. The size of package is good, allowing me to keep one package in the fridge with the others in the freezer until needed. I was surprised with the flavor, quite different from any other grain but a great compliment for many of my meals. It is TINY, so be prepared to use a really fine sieve or other means to drain or strain.
