I've taken this magnesium glycinate complex for about 1 year now and it seems to be helping with multiple symptoms.

Love it. Helps me sleep. Improves digestion. I take one nightly.

I’ve been taking Designs for Health magnesium glycinate for close to 15 years and swear by it for sleep, muscle recovery and most importantly, regularity. Great product! I agree with other reviewers that the switch from glass bottles to plastic bottles is disappointing. In fact, the most current order I just received smells and tastes different. Please return to glass bottles!
