1819 Standard Deburring Tool Bit, Small

Amazing little tool; works as advertised.

Have to cut a bolt off and still be able to attach a nut? I used to thread the nut, cut off the bolt, then restore the newly damaged threads somewhat by removing the nut. Doesn't work too bad, but this tool is even better. Doesn't take much pressure or time - just cut off the bolt, use a drill to gently deburr and champfer the tip and the nut goes back on without a problem. Get the heavy duty model if you have a LOT of this kind of work to do, otherwise this one is just fine. Just be aware that for bolts protruding from any kind of device, enough has to remain sticking out so this tool can fit over the end enough to do its thing.

Tool worked out great! Only issue I had was that it wouldn't ship to CA address, bit of an inconvenience to ship to NV address and pick it up from my sister. Not exactly sure why shipping that directly to me in CA was impossible.

A major time saver for certain. I rarely have to file by hand, use a belt sander or a grinder. And I can get in to tight fitting places to repair a mounted bolt. Keep one in your tool collection. The longer you have it, the more you realize what you can use this tool on. But you'd better get the PLUS tool if you want to do Stainless or hardened steel.

DO NOT BUY THIS ONE.. unless you are working on aluminum or plastic. Tried to fix the threads on a cold hot dog and the uniburr came out looking like an exploded soda can. Works great on video. Tried it on a bit of stiff Tennessee air and it failed to cut air too. What a huge disappointment.

This little tool is awesome. Makes short work of any screw that you need to deburr after cutting to length.

Exactly what I needed and it was shipped fast. Will buy again if I need more.
