SPANXshape Invisible Capris

These are too long for me as they fit to my ankles. I'm 5.2", 202 lbs. But I like them a lot. They really do help shape the hips, buttocks, and thigh/knees well. I particularly like that they compress the top of my buttocks rather than allow them to "round out" like so many other brands I've tried. The material is thin but strong and I noted the garment is NOT discernible under my clothing. Yes, they are expensive but when it comes to appearing in public and looking nice I feel they are worth every penny. Interestingly, other brands would pinch in at my stomach when sitting down but this one does not. I wore it all day on the first wearing and noted no jiggly feeling in the bottom of my body and experienced a confidence I rarely feel with my shape while wearing the garment. I have lost 45 lbs and shooting for more and want to hold my skin tight and protected while working down. The only issue is how long they are. I tried folding them up and that hurt my leg after just a few minutes so now I'm considering cutting them off....not sure how that will work out, particularly with hemming them. The seaming of the garment is great, too. I was left with NO indentions on my body after removing them. And I didn't get hot in them although living in El Paso.

great feel and fit

Please be aware! I received someone’s “RETURN”! It was in a generic plastic bag with no SPANX labels attached to the garment at all and had an unusual odor to it! So I returned and thank GOD I received a brand new item, which is what the customer should receive after paying over $80!! Also horrible that it wasn’t stated that the product was “USED” so the customer could decide whether to buy it that way or not! The last photo that’s displayed shows the packaging you should receive it in…..

Light, comfortable, breathable. Agree with other reviewers that you shouldn't attempt to get these on directly after showering. If your skin is damp, you will have a heck of a time trying to pull these up!

Hard to give 100% proper review, as the piece is a bit too large for me at 128lbs. Although it doesn't suck everything in tight as Spanx are supposed to do (because it's not the right size for me), it still adds a little smoothing under clothing so I will wear. Also provides some added warmth without bulk under clothes in the colder weather. It is not a true "capri" on me, rather more towards regular length, as I am shorter (5'2"). What I can say for sure, even though not correct size, I can tell it's good quality, as is typical with Spanx brand shape wear. I always find Spanx to be a bit too expensive, same with this capri, but my other Spanx have washed and held up well, so I take that into consideration. With the popularity of the brand, I think some of the expense is simply in the name, but I have to say it really is a good quality brand, and quality does matter for a piece to last wash after wash.

Way better than the ones that have panty hose style...don't roll down and you can't SNAG them like you can with the hose type. My new GO TO!!
