I take 5 drops a day and my vit D level went up 6 or 7 points each month. Your levels are supposed to be 20-50 but most experts say you really want them at 30-50. Mine went from 16 to 23 first month then 23-29 2nd month. Just so happened to be having blood work b2b months so I was able to see exactly how well it worked. I also live in Mass so I was getting no sun during this time. Some people to complain about the bottle and it is a little bit of an inconvenience because you have to hold for about 30 secs to get 5 drops but definitely wouldn’t stop me from buying it

It’s clean vitamin D

Quality product. The Vitamin D is suspended in coconut oil so avoid in coconut allergies. The drop also take a little bit to come out so just be patient but it accurately gives drop dosing.

No taste, easy to use, good for children

I am so happy we finally found a vitamin D supplement for my children that was just vitamin D! During the winter months it is so hard to maintain a healthy vitamin D level. Living in a climate that does not lend to getting outside that often during the winter it makes it harder to get the vitamin D from the sun. This can lead to a weaker immune system. Because of this our pediatrician recommended we supplement with vitamin D. I searched far and wide for a supplement that was JUST the vitamin and not additional vitamins. I am so glad I found these! It is 400iu in a single drop which can easily be mixed into applesauce, milk, etc. My child has also taken it when I dropped it on a cracker. There is no taste and all benefit. For my toddler we use a drop a day. With that usage this little bottle will last a whole year! It is one of the best finds I have found as a new mom. I wish I had found these sooner when our pediatrician recommended my breastfed newborn be taking a vitamin D supplement since there are not very high levels in breast milk. Living in a Northern climate, there are multiple months out of the year where we do not get a nice warm sunshine. I highly recommend Carlson's Baby vitamin D ! I only wish that I had found it sooner. I love to tell all my new mom friends about it because we have had such great luck with it. My child's levels were tested in March (after many months of not being able to play outside regularly) and they were completely sufficient.

I needed to raise my vitamin D level and after reading the reviews, decided to try these. After 6 months my lab results showed that I had raised my level from an 18 to a 36. This was with 2 drops or 2,000 IU a day. My Dr. was very pleased and so was I. No taste and easy to drop into water. Some people have said it's hard to get the drops out but you just hold it over the glass of whatever you are putting it in until a drop comes out... then stop when you've put what you want in the glass. A little patience goes a long way! Has not bothered my stomach either and I have severe allergies.
