It depends on inshore or offshore: Offshore, extremely bright and non-sight fishing situations Gray is the color to choose. For inshore and in areas where sight fishing is possible, where the water is usually monochromatic then copper, amber, orange, etc is the go to as it enhances the eyes perception of shadows and outlines.

Are the lenses thick or flimsy plastic?

Bought these for my boyfriend. He says their rather thin, but still likes the sunglasses. They are kinda big lenses too, bigger than the normal rayban or Oakley. For the price they’re nice! Very light pair though I’m not sure how they’d hold up long term.
