I’ve been using these NutraHarmony Biotin, Collagen & Keratin capsules for a while and I’m really happy with them. I like that they are capsules instead of gummies, since they don’t have added sugar. The formula is very complete — it includes biotin, collagen, keratin, hyaluronic acid, and B-complex vitamins. After consistent use, I’ve noticed my nails feel stronger and less brittle, and my hair looks healthier overall. They are easy to swallow, made in the USA, and the bottle lasts a full month (2 capsules per day). Results are not instant, but with consistency you can definitely notice improvements. I had a neck brace with a lot of velcro on it, I had to keep my hair in a ponytail on the top of my head and ended up with a bald spot right front and center of my hair and being a woman with a large bald beacon where everyone can see it made me feel bad. It doesn't bother my stomach, easy to swallow, I haven't noticed a taste although I take a few vitamins at the same time, seems to be strong enough since it fixed my hair and the money is so worth it.

It seems to be okay and strengthen my nails and such but it does contain a large amount of biotin per serving and my stomach does get a little upset but otherwise it does seem to have an improvement on my nail strength. As for my hair I think it's okay. A little less biotin per serving and this would be great.
