Stainless Steel Self-Cleaning High Pressure Handled Bidet Sprayer/Shataff Set with Flexible Hose and Holder and T-Valve (Chrome) (Gold Ridges)

Its pretty, and I can't find anything else like it, but this thing needs to be completely torn apart and rebuilt by a pro to actually be useful. The pieces are nice heavy metal pieces, no plastic, its just not put together properly from the manufacturer.Like the rest of the reviews, mine came missing washers and leaking in the middle piece (the silver part, that attaches the whole thing to the toilet). I chased down the washers, (had to find a specialty plumbing store, but rubber washers are cheap) and tried to put it in myself, but everything leaked. My contractor working on the rest of the house took over, tore the whole thing apart, added another washer in that middle piece, tightened everything back up, then put it back together. Its just not the simple, DIY project out-of-the-box like it should be.

Beautiful but defective. Handle unit worked wonderfully, but at the juncture of the t-connector and hose, leaked horribly. Water shot out everywhere, all over my walls and floors.. tried to tighten it up, and even tried purchasing wider washers and no help, must be a defective unit.. sending back now, wish I didnt have to, it was a beautiful piece.

It looks just like it is shown in the link, however when click on the product link then it shows some other brass bidet. It is not brass, it is gold finish only. I have checked reviews on many bidets and people complaining about water leak. It is not an issue with this product or most of other bidets, rather people don't know how to install it. They need to use thread seal tape, tighten all the joints perfectly (not less and not more). It very difficult to find one in gold finish and this was just it, what i needed. Very happy so far.

The product is solid and high quality, specially the sprayer and the T-valve. But unfortunately the hose was leaking right from the middle.
