Very good for a RTE format. Do not compare with restaurant or home cooked flavore, taste & texture. Gravy texture, taste was exceptional though was a bit low on salt. I only wished there were more chicken chunks😉

Edible but not perfect
For me, the spices seem a bit too much ( too much chilli ) Though no preservative, the gravy is not that natural, though smell is fine. The chicken is more like chicken pickle. I wont order again, ITC needs to improve ,
