Very easy to use the right amount.
This malt is the first I’ve come across that tastes like the malt I was given as a child during the war. It has a warm caramel like flavour. I use it in my bread its easily regulated. Lovely. Delivered promptly and very well packed.

As good as it always was
Brings back memories of my primary school days and the one penny spoon of malt extract we had once a week. Meridian tastes exactly as I remember it and still as good.
