Great price, great product

Does as described. Would recommend for others and have bough another for a friend. For those that don’t have an aux cable then this is for you. Works well for me and have used for a long time now.

I have had a few of these devices, usually the wires fail and this effects the sound then I have to buy another one.But this newer version is not a patch on my previous ones.It never stops crackling after a week it has not found me a frequency that does not crackle. I don`t know if it means anything but it does not register as "Tunecast" on my radio as previous ones have. Won`t be buying anymore.

This is the sort of product that had a far bigger market a decade or so ago! It's an FM transmitter designed for in-car use - you connect one end to the 12V lighter socket in your car and plug your MP3 player into the other end, and it broadcasts your music on a low-power FM signal that your car radio can pick up.Most modern cars come with an aux input socket which renders something like this unnecessary - if your car already has an aux socket, it will give significantly better results than this transmitter. But if you have an older car with no aux input, this is probably the only way to connect your MP3 player at a reasonable price.All such devices have one major drawback; by law they can only broadcast a very weak signal, so if you try to broadcast on a frequency used by an existing FM station, you'll just get a horrendous noise. This product allows you to manually select a frequency with + and - buttons - the frequency is shown on the display - but it also has a "ClearScan" button which is supposed to select the best unused frequency. Put bluntly, this doesn't work at all - tested in my car, it chose several frequencies on which I could clearly hear other radio stations. You're much better off using your ears - tune your car radio to a quiet frequency, and then manually set the Belkin to that frequency.If you do this, the results aren't bad, but they aren't great either - there's still quite a bit of hiss and crackle. How bad this is will probably depend on how the aerial in your car is set up, and how successful you have been in locating a quiet frequency, but as above - the aux in on your car will be better every time. Bear in mind that you will also need to keep retuning as you drive in and out of range of different FM transmitters, so every 20 or 30 miles you will need to retune, which is annoying on a long trip; this is best used for local driving only.The 12V plug has a USB port which can be used to charge your phone or MP3 player; I did find that using this seemed to increase the interference slightly (and I still don't quite trust Belkin on this, as a few years ago I owned an iPod-specific version of this product which over-voltaged my iPod, damaging it irrepairably. They've probably fixed that by now though!)Most people won't need this device - it's a poor second to an aux input. But if your car doesn't have one, this is probably the next best thing.

This hooks up to you vehicle radio system, you tune the radio and the transmitter to the same channel and what ever you connect to the 3.5mm jack on the end, will play via the radio set in the vehicle.Its a great way to connect your phone, gives you a handsfree phone option or you can listen to your tunes via the radio from you phone or similar if you wish.This is fairly old technology, although it works much better than it did 10 years ago, most cars have a Aux input now which you would use to connect you phone to, older ones wouldn’t which this would suit.Works well, easy to set up, but with the cables, the 12 volt connection and the display its all a bit messy in the car.

Feels very cheap, while it does work and does the job it does it very poorly. With lots of background noise in the form of static in music. Would not recommend at all

Ritengo che questo piccolo prodotto, torni molto utile ed anche pratico a tutti coloro i quali decidono di voler riprodurre la musica del proprio smartphone, sullo stereo che hanno in auto, ma che manca di un'uscita AUX.E’ un prodotto compatibile con molti dispositivi che sono dotati di una porta da 3,5 mm.E’ in gradi ricevere in modo semplice e veloce il segnale, con un solo tocco e pulsante.Per utilizzarlo, non dovremo far altro che applicare e connettore la presa da 3,5 mm al nostro smartphone e lasciare che TuneCast trasmetta tutta la musica che desideriamo, all’autoradio che possediamo.La porta USB-A è alimentata e quindi serve per ricaricare il cellulare, affinchè non si scarichi, neanche durante un lungo viaggio.Questo prodotto, torna utile per tutte le auto che non sono dotate di una porta AUX.Dopo aver collegato il cellulare alla presa audio, dobbiamo premere il pulsante di scansione e grazie alla tecnologia CleanScan, verranno individuati tutti i migliori segnali FM che sono disponibili e verranno memorizzati.Sul dispositivo sono presenti due tasti di preselezione che sono programmabili, in modo da poter appunto salvare tutte le stazioni radio, che più ci piacciono.I pulsanti di frequenza, che vanno SU/Giù, permettono di eseguire la ricerca dei canali, in modo facile e veloce.Potremo tranquillamente ottimizzare la qualità dell’audio, tramite l’utilizzo delle impostazioni PRO.Premendo il pulsante PRO una sola volta potremo attivare le impostazioni, premendolo due volte, potremo abilitare PRO 1 per migliorare il volume, premendolo tre volte, possiamo attivare PRO 2, migliorando ancor di più il volume.Se premiamo il tasto PRO per ben 4 volte, possiamo abilitare la trasmissione mono PRO, utile per gli audiolibri e per i podcast.Lo trovo un prodotto molto utile, efficace, funzionale ed anche pratico, da portare sempre con sé, perché occupa veramente pochissimo spazio.Insomma un prodotto da avere sempre in auto.E’ compatibile con gli Iphone, Samsung, LG, Google Pixel etc. Consiglio l’acquisto.

Ich wäre von alleine nie darauf gekommen, dass es so etwas gibt, aber als dieser "TuneCast"-Car-FM-Transmitter von Belkin mir zum Test angeboten wurde, war für mich klar: das ist vielleicht die Lösung! In meinem schon in die Jahre gekommenes KFZ ist die Lage in Sachen Musik / Sound derart, dass die fest verbaute Anlage nicht den Komfort bietet, den heutige Systeme sicherlich standardmäßig haben: d.h., dass verschiedene Einspeisemöglichkeiten für Musik und Inhalte in die bestehende Anlage geboten werden (Bluetooth, AirPlay...). Das ist bei meiner KFZ-Anlage nicht möglich, auch kein sonstiges "AUX" und so ist diese frequenzbasierte Lösung (Einspeisung über Radio-Frequenz) eine tricky Lösung.Dieser kleine Belkin-Transmitter kommt mit einer zwar auch kleinen, aber umfangreichen, schweren und hochglanzgedruckten Anleitungsbroschüre. Es ist schade, dass dafür so viele Ressourcen dieser Erde verschwendet werden, denn der Druck ist so klein, dass man als Normalsichtiger Mühe hat, die Dinge dennoch zu entziffern. Und wie immer sind viele Sprachen vertreten, die der Anleitung einen unnötigen Umfang verschaffen.Die Ingangsetzung in meinem KFZ verlief sofort "erfolgreich"; in meinem Fall haut auch die Kabellänge sehr gut hin, da ich eine Mittelkonsole habe, um das Phone mit der Musik zu positionieren. Zigarettenanzünder und Ablagefläche sind nicht weit entfernt. Allerdings kann ich mir vorstellen, dass es bei anderen Fahrzeugtypen da zu Problemen kommt.Mit der "ClearScan"-Taste kann man am Belkin-Gerät die optimalste Frequenz zur Übertragung finden; alternativ kann man auch manuell nach einer Frequenz suchen. Wenn diese Frequenz dann am Autoradio eingestellt wird, kann die "getunete" Musik (oder was auch immer man abspielen möchte" dann übertragen werden.Fazit: Für mich eine tolle Lösung, vor allem, wenn es natürlich um längere Autofahrten geht, die mit eigenen Musikinhalten oder Ähnliches überbrückt werden sollen. Für Kurzstrecken ist der Aufwand Verkabelung, Frequenzeinstellung etwas hoch. Insgesamt: Daumen hoch!

Cómo podemos decir que es un aparataste obsoleto como he leído por otras opiniones ? O que le falta Bluetooth? Precisamente con este maravilloso aparato , aquellos que no podemos permitirnos comprarnos un coche o un altavoz con bluetooth, con cable etc , que hacemos ? Tiramos el coche o los aparatos ? No, buscamos soluciones , yo tengo un focus del 2008, que me va bien con sus achaques , pero todavía pienso mantenerlo y sin aparatos como este maravillo Belkin no podría escuchar la música que me gusta , porque no tengo ningún tipo de estas conexiones y que en algunas opiniones consideráis obsoletas .
