measurements for all braided sleeving is mostly diameter (sometimes flat), never circumference.

It will work as long as your Operating Range is between: -50°C - 150°C. The diameters that work best is based on the diameters of your cables, so you have to provide the diameter of your cable, or cable bundles for us to recommend a size.

How do you keep the ends from fraying when trimming?

WE haven’t had a problem with that. You could wrap some electrical tape around it.
