This is the first time on a stick welder I got beautiful blue and purple and yellow in the welds. run it at exactly 60 amps and tap dimes for beautiful result and this is from a STICK WELDER! WOW!! I am not a prop but these can make your welds look pro! For the money skip Hobart get THESE!!

even on very clean surfaces with good contacts.
probably just my lack of skill as a welder, but I find this size rod very wiggly and difficult to use, it seems very hard to strike an arc, even on very clean surfaces with good contacts.
