Came damaged

This is an excellent piece of equipment. I use it to control my soft synths and it is much better than using a mouse since you actually have multiple knobs you can manipulate at once. It is built out of metal and appears to be solid and durable which means you will have this bad boy for a long time.

The media could not be loaded.  As far as I can tell all the knobs, buttons, etc. work but there's a ton of little loose debris inside the unit I can hear rolling around when I tilt the unit. Have contacted Livid to try to resolve it but it's quite distressing.UPDATE: Livid quickly resolved this issue by sending me a replacement unit. It is functioning perfectly.
