There is a blinking light on the charger but the mask itself never once turned on. I emailed Jovs support thinking maybe it was user error and perhaps I didn't understand how to switch it on and the response was appalling. No trouble shooting information, no assistance. I would be heartbroken to spend nearly $1,000 on a mask only for it to break a few weeks later. Due to the customer service response, I am going to have to return this product. If they can't assist for a brand new product that was sent faulty, I know they won't help if the product goes out after a use or two. I also noted similar reviews when doing my research.
