Q: Can this be used on skin with glitter.

Tips are very fine and glue does not glob up. Works really great and dries clear. Will order again soon

Q: can this glue be uses to apply gilding flakes?

I don’t think so because it drives very quickly and it doesn’t remain tacky. Verse mark watermark ink is great to use with the gilding flakes and another recommended product to use in conjunction with the Versamark is the Stampin’ Up! heat and stick powder would you can order through the Stampin’ Up! website. I have also used tumble mono multipurpose glue. The one with the green cap. I spread it around with my finger and let it dry for a little while but it still remains tacky. I then use an old paintbrush to flake off everything that I don’t want to adhere.
