Vermilion Bird Women's 3 Pack Seamless Comfortable Sports Bra with Removable Pads

These came up as a suggestion of something I should review and I though... Sure! I am really happy with these! I bought them a couple years ago now and the black one and the white one still look and feel brand new, as if I just took them out of the package in the last week or so. The ones I wear the most often are getting a little worn but have held together very well. Mainly the are discolored and curl a bit around the edges but they do their job just as well now as the day I bought them. So not only are these some of the most comfortable bras I have had, but they are durable, having lasted this long with no plan to be replaced soon, they are forgiving of mistreatment since my husband took over laundry and does odd things that I will never mention because I am just so happy he is doing laundry, and they work perfect with all of the different types of things I do in my day. One of the biggest problems I have in general is that I don't want things to be too tight because that hurts but I don't like it when the bra is too loose around my ribs so my things start oozing out the bottom of the bra. These bras have neither of those problems. They are tight enough to keep things in place but loose enough that I am not in a lot of pain at the end of the day. If you are larger breasted like I am than you will probably take the pads out immediately. That is one down side. The pads looked like these comical little triangle on the the tips of these honkin' mound of flesh and it is just so silly looking. So I take them out. I mean it looks like if you had a bag of pizza dough rising against a cloth sack but a Dorito got stuck between the dough and the bag... no coverage at all because they don't make them any different size than the small ones, they just throw the same pads in every size. I totally recommend them though and when I need to buy more I will come right back here!

I was on the fence about buying this product, but I’m surely glad I bought them! As a fit guide my bra size is 48D, and I bought the in a 3x. THEY FIT ME PERFECTLY!!! ADDITIONALLY , THE STRAPS SIT IN JUST THE RIGHT PLACE, AS THEY DO ARE IN JUST THE RIGHT PLACE ALONG MY BACK. THESE BRAS ARE VERY SOFT AND ARE NOT SCRATCHY IN ANY WAY. I ALSO LIKE THE EXTRA MATERIAL UNDER THE BUST BECAUSE IT ABSORBS ANY SWEAT UNDERNEATH. THE BREASTS DO TEND TO SWEAT WHEN YOU ARE WARM BECAUSE OF THE SKIN ON SKIN FACTOR, WHICH NOBODY CAN AVOID. THERE IS A PAD IN THESE BRAS THAT I LOVE BECAUSE EVEN IF YOUR NIPPLES ARE HARD, YOU CAN NOT DETECT THAT BECAUSE OF THE PAD. IF YOU DONT CARE FOR THE PAD, THEY ARE REMOVABLE. THESE BRAS ARE SUPER SOFT AND SO COMFORTABLE. THEY ARE NOT SCRATCHY AT ALL. THE SOFTNESS REMAINS EVEN AFTER WASHING THEM. THE MATERIAL IS NOT ONLY SOFT, BUT THE SEAMS ARE PERFECT, THERE ARE NO HOLES, AND THERE ARE NO STRINGS. THESE BRAS CAN BE USED AT THE GYM, IR FOR EVERYDAY. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS FIND THAT I AM PURCHASING ANOTHER SET!!! I RECOMMEND THESE BRAS VERY HIGHLY. EDIT 6/24/25…. THESE BRAS HAVE HELD UP EXCELLENTLY!!! PLEASE BUY WITH HESITATION IR RESERVATION. TL;DR at the end. Given what I paid for eight bras, I'm happy with these. The colours are as pictured, which I noted was a complaint in several reviews. The fit is a little looser than I would have liked. I am a 40DD and ordered 3XL based on their sizing chart and my shirt size. I would have been fine at least one size down, but they aren't so loose that I might as well not wear them. They are loose enough that I can step into them, and I'm rather bottom heavy so that was a pleasant surprise as far as ease of putting them on. They are comfortable enough that I can sleep in them, but I wouldn't do anything that requires significant support or restraint like jogging or yoga. The pads seems to help limit the dreaded uniboob, add enough discretion that I will wear the bras outside of the house, and are easily adjusted once on. The opening to access the pads seemed sufficient that one could use their own foam or fabric pads if they wanted to and said pad was foldable. I don't think the opening is large enough to insert a proper prosthesis, but I don't have one to test this hypothesis. There are a few downsides. Although the pads seem to be enough to add discretion, they have a mind of their own and will move around a bit throughout the day, and especially if one sleeps in the bra. If you choose to remove them, the bras themselves are thin (an advantage with air drying). The pads are smaller than the full expanded cup, but I didn't expect them to be that large given the range of sizes covered by one bra. It is in one's best interest to remove the pads before washing as they will either come out, bunch up, or come out of one bra and into another (something I don't understand). It may be worth noting that I use a top loading portable washer so that might not happen in a different machine. They could probably be put in a lingerie bag to wash in the machine, but they are also easy enough to hand wash. The shoulder straps are less like typical straps and more like a sleeveless shirt so they sit a little lower on the shoulder and closer to the back of the arm. Not enough to be uncomfortable once I was used to it, but a noticeable difference to similarly styled bras. Edit 08/19/2020: I still like these bras and wear them all the time. I put all the pads in a lingerie bag to wash them because I very quickly got sick of hand washing them. I have noticed some of the fabric covering the pads is loosening and I'm not sure why. I've lost weight since I bought the bras and they still fit decently. TL;DR: I would recommend these bras for everyday activity and sleeping; however, they are not true sports bras sufficient for exercising. They are comfortable, and I found them to be slightly looser than expected. I would say if you are on the cusp of two sizes, order the smaller of the two.

I am an extra large. It's been my experience that many of these slipover bras are extremely tight. I ordered 2 sizes bigger. Perfect! It goes on easier. Has plenty of support and at the end of the day, it's just as comfortable as it was in the morning. I love these. Plus I take the padding out of the cup.

I ordered these sports bra's in my usual size, which should have fit correctly,but ended up feeling tighter than expected.The material itself is soft and comfortable,the snug fit makes it less comfortable for longer wear and limits movement.The support is okay for low impact activities,but the tightness takes away from the overall comfort.

Love these! I'm an older lady and a D/DD cup, but was just ready to never buy another underwire again. I wanted comfortable and also attractive. I love these. So comfortable, and gives just enough support that I look very natural. Smooth on my back, too.

As comfortable and long lasting as more expensive brands. These do not irritate skin or rub. These are very soft and comfy to wear all day or for exercise. They wash well on gentle cycle and line dry.

I need a bra that is pull-over, wide straps, comfy. Roomy. And definitely no padding! I nearly bought a couple other name-branded sports bras but when I saw they had padding it was no-go. The price was right for these and they said removable padding so decided to give these a try. Because I wanted loose and comfy I heeded reviews that said they ran small and ordered one size up from my usual size. So they arrived. I adore the pretty colors. I first tried one on as-is and not too successful. The padding made them super uncomfortable and even though I ordered a size up I could still barely squeeze into it. But I figured i wouldn’t just until I could get rid of the padding. But man. I turned that bra inside out and every which way and couldn’t find a way to remove the pads! Finally I sort of ruined one bra by taking a pair of scissors and cutting a tiny snip in the fabric and pulling the padding out through the snip. The bra was much more comfy then but still tight. But I studied it a bit more and FINALLY found out how to remove the padding! Wow that was well hidden. So was able to remove pads on the other two bras with no cutting or damage. LOL But overall I do like them now that I know how to get the pads out, and I just reordered but this time TWO sizes up from my usual size, and looking forward to getting them. Marked down one star because the sizing is so off.
