Reasonably well made and attractive bracelet.re: sizing: I bought it for my 17 year old daughter. She is a solid young woman physically who works out and wears size 81/2 or size 9 shoes. She found this bracelet to be on the roomy side, but wearable. I am a big guy and there would be no chance of sliding it on over my hands.The clasp is functional and sturdy enough. I paid $21.97, which seems about right.My daughter hasn't worn the last couple medical ID bracelets that I bought her, including one that was silver and much more expensive than this one. She put this on right away, though, so it must have some aesthetic value.

I like this medical alert band
I like this medical alert band. I have wear it at least 5 days a week or if I am away from my residence. Over the months I noticed the brown rope looking rubber started shrinking. As for the looks, people have commented how will it looks.

Nice idea. Poor execution.
Son liked the design but the clasp is real tricky. It has a touchy clasp that is difficult to get closed/locked and if you do get it closed the slightest but could cause it to become unlocked. My 17 yr old liked the Adults Diabetes Medical Leather/Hemp Earthen Bracelet much better due to style and ease of donning.

Liked it if it would have lasted
Generally speaking I like the look and fit of this bracelet. My main problem is that it didn't even last a week before the band pulled out of the clasp.

Love the look and it is a great buy. Not inhibiting and doesn't snag or catch on things. If you are looking for an inexpensive item to identify your condition. This is it.

the bracelet is great; the engraving job is lousy. i am having the engraving redone so that the word diabetes can be read when someone looks at the bracelet.

Love it!
Due to a new medication I'm taking, my doctor desperately wanted me to wear a diabetes bracelet. I agreed, but found the ones sold in the drug store to be kind of sterile and expensive! So I hit Amazon and found this one. I love it! The price was right and it's made well.
