Faulty DEFECTIVE SHOWING ERROR 290 RECEIVED AS USED

I use this for work and it's super easy to get setup and use. The laser is bright enough to see from 100' away, and it takes readings super fast. Works well with a monopod.

Great product. The only feature I use is the offset feature so that I can mount the unit to a mono stick and measure heights. Works great outside in the bright sunlight, usually had to issues hitting at least 50' when in the sun. Indoors in the dark it definitely goes a lot farther. The only downside is that when you set the offset, it uses the offset even when measuring from other edges of the disto.

False advertisement or the seller doesn't know the difference. Ordered once before from this seller and received the correct "34" model, but this time i received the 850833 instead. This (850833) unit cannot be converted to measure to the 1/16 of an inch like the "33" unit and that is what I need it to do. Called Leica and they said this was a Japanese model and what I need is the US model. When you get your unit, take out the batteries and check the ART# to make sure you received what you ordered. This one is going back.

I use this for work. Seems very robust and has been most effective indoors.
