Q: Will this fit Glock 19 Gen 5 ?

Yes it will. I own the Glock 19 Gen 5 and I purchased this holster for it and it fit well. My recommendation is to buy a de santis. This holster is trash.

Q: One reviewer stated that the belt clip screws scratched the finish on his P365. Has this problem been addressed?

I purchased this holster in carbon fiber on 03/17/2019. The screws that attach the holster to the belt clip reside in a recessed area and contact with the pistol is nonexistent. I don't know if this recessed area is new, however I can state that my brand new P365 has NOT received one single scratch from this holster.

Q: I sometimes wear sweats/basketball shorts and i'm having issues with the entire holster coming off when drawing my gun. how can i fix this? tighten?

Switch to a belly band. I can walk the dogs with sweats and never even have to think about my weapon. In fact, I've even forgotten I was wearing a couple of times when I wasn't supposed to be carrying.

Q: Has anybody tried this holster with the 365 with the thumb safety?

I ordered this holster (right hand, OD green) before I got my P365 with manual safety. I just got yesterday and to my delight it clears the safety perfectly, whether safety is on or off. I wrote a review with pictures but it still isn't posted for some reason. On the right hand side of the gun it doesn't come in contact. On the left side of the gun, the notch for the slide lock is big enough for the safety to hide under with 1-2mm of clearance. It's perfect. Also, the belt clip screws don't stick out to scratch the gun like some others have said. Hope this helps!
