CAMPNano 22 Carabiner

Great
Saw some people mention rough unfinished surfaces, I did not have this issue. Mine were great quality, and successfully suspended my hammock on my last camping trip.

Simple, small and easy to color-code varied applications.
I like these, lightweight and smaller than conventional biners’ - I use them for different pack and duffel tie down / securing. And(!)) the multiple colors available make it easy to color-code varied applications.

Lightweight & Durable
Good carabiner for backpacking. Use these to hook my hammock to tree straps and they hold the weight.

Camp quality for the win!
Awesome carabiner! Like a few others , I use this exclusively for holding my keys. In the past I had a Camp photon wire because of how lite it was. I do like this size better than the photon wire for keys and I love the finish and the wire latch. The latch always holds my keys and is strong enough that I have never lost a key or had it come off in the roughest of conditions and situations. Another thing I like about the latch is that it doesn't hurt even if you close it on your hand unlike those cheap carabiners you see at the dollar store. I know there are some other brands that are making a less expensive product but I highly suggest camp if you want a key holder that looks good, feels good and holds up to abuse.

Great little lightweight biner with one nagging flaw
Love the light weight and I have big hands and have no trouble working this biner. Like many who have reviewed it elsewhere, though, mine has a common problem with this model - the knurled knob that anchors the base of the wire to the biner has sharp little burrs on it. These should obviously have been removed during the cleaning / polishing process. They can rub against your sling and fray it. I called CAMP's USA distributor and he asked me to send the biner in. I suggested instead that he simply check the biners he has available and find the problem himself, then call the factory to do the same. Pretty simple stuff to find out without making the customer do more work for you. He didn't take ownership or seem to think the problem warranted immediate action. No problem, I'll buy the one of the models of similar weight from other manufacturers who don't leave sharp metal burrs on their biners.

One of the lightest wire gates money can buy
AFAIK this is the lightest or second lightest wire gate biner on amazon. For the cost, it is definitely the best buy for those looking to keep a light rack who need to build up a wire gate collection, or lighten up an already existing rack. I use these on my quad length alpine draw in dyneema.

Strength in an intermediate size
Wonderful replacement for my key chain. I'll be able to use this for load-bearing purposes whenever the need arises, but for my day-to-day, it holds my stuff without losing its springiness over time (my previous non-load bearing carabiner lost my ring of gas/grocery rewards cards). A bit larger than what one might be used to, but smaller than the full sized locking carabiners typically used for climbing.
