These are perfect- they are easy to fill, even with the odd size/shape ice that comes from my ice maker. They seal up really well- no leaks. The fabric provides just the right amount of protection- you get cold but your skin won't burn from the cold if that makes sense. I had HORRIBLE wrist pain due to a couple of issues at once and I filled two of the packs, one for under my wrist and one for on top. Perfect. They don't take up much room when empty but they expand significantly when full so even the small one covers a lot. I have not tried them for heat but I've no reason to think they wouldn't also work well for that. This is a must have for any athlete or anyone with chronic pain.

Very pleased. You get three and the "fabric" they used (a "peached" vinyl or something to that effect) is much more comfortable that others I have tried that are smooth. I like that you get three sizes, and I prefer these to the "peas" style. Ice lasts longer. Essential for summer. Put one on your neck and feel the relief. Good for first aid as well.

Good product. I purchased this product for my dad who had dental surgery. He had to ice his jaw and it was easy with this product,

First one came with a defect, returned easily and replacement was fine. I have fallen asleep with one of these for a hot compress by accident and it hasn't leaked so far as long as you tighten the cap enough for the rubber gasket to work. They do have a certain temperature range not to exceed, I tested the temperature of my hottest sink water before using just in case. Haven't used for cold yet but heat retains well in the medium and large.
