Well made and froths green tea and milk very well. American company, but made in China, but at least with USA oversight. I returned one that was more expensive but made in China and it had chunks of black stuff on the metal mixer.

This item works fine. It’s lightweight and easy to hold and use with one hand. I purchased this item to mix my protein powder, and it dissolves all the powder and gets rid of the clumps. I also like the fact that it is easy to clean after each use. Small enough to store on my counter without taking up too much space, and comes with a holder. It’s also relatively inexpensive. This purchase was a win win for me!

I've bought so many frothers that broke easily and weren't very powerful as they claimed. Now THIS one is amazing! It is so strong and froths my coffee super fast. I've spilled it a bit because it froths and rises very quickly. I don't really use the 3rd speed because it's too strong. I definitely will buy again and be gifting this to my coffee loving friends like me.

I ordered this as a gift for my father and not only is the product itself fantastic with great power and mixing speed, but also the customer service was really good when our product was damaged in shipping. Overall great experience and I would order again.

I like how this frother looks. I love the stand. It mixes well. But, I have one huge problem with this frother: I cannot turn it off at the low speed without cycling through the other two fast speeds first. Because I can only turn off the frother by first cycling through the next two levels of the speed cycle, every time I've used it, the frother has sloshed my drink all over the counter. The other two speeds are way too high for mixing milk in my cup. But as far as I can tell, the frother cannot be turned off without cycling through the other two cycles. The other problem is that every time that I pick up the frother, I inevitably turn it on. The off/on button is right where one grabs the frother from off its stand. I realize that I would probably get used to that in time. However, I cannot get used to not being able to turn off the frother without cycling through the two faster speeds. Even when I pull out the frother while it's still spinning on low speed, I splash my drink on the counter. This is messy and wasteful. UPDATE I was getting ready to pack up this frother and send it back, but thought I'd try it a few more times. I accidentally discovered that if you hold the on/off button for a few seconds, the frother will turn off at any speed. This is great news for me. I now am happy with the purchase.

I’m disappointed to report that this frother developed a severe mechanical defect just as the return window closed. After two weeks of daily use, it began making an intermittent high-pitched "screaming" sound. By week three, the noise became constant and unbearable. It sounds exactly like a slipping fan belt in a car—a loud, grinding screech that indicates a major friction issue. It appears to be a failure of the internal motor bushings or bearings caused by insufficient lubrication during manufacturing. Even though I’m 4 days past the return window, a product should last longer than 25 days. Buyers beware: the internal components do not appear to be built for daily use.
