Casio Men's XL Rescue Series G-Shock Quartz 200M WR Shock Resistant Resin

This is a great watch. I bought this one as a gift after I purchased the olive drab color for myself. I think I like this color better. The blue and yellow contrast well, and the watch really looks sharp. The buttons are large and easy to press (unlike the previous Mudman I had), and the display is easy to read. The band is very comfortable. They put notches on the back side, which holds the loop from moving so that the end of the band doesn't slide out. It has the standard Casio features for world time, stopwatches, alarms, countdown timer, etc. The one I have is very accurate. I set the time over 6 months ago and it has only gained about 20 seconds. I like the moon and tide indicators, since I live on the coast and I do a lot of camping. It took some effort to get the tide graph working correctly, but once you get it set, you're done. Overall, this is a great, rugged watch and the best G-shock I've owned.

I love this watch.. I had been looking at this model Casio for about two weeks now and I was down to what color I thought I wanted.. I really wanted the white model but my wife has a white Baby-G watch and she has issues with discoloration on the band after about 6 months.. Knowing as dirty as I tend to get I knew a white watch would look horrible on me if it picked up any dirt.. So I was down to black or this blue and yellow model.. I actually ordered the black but sent it back.. I find the light greenish blue color really goes with more of my day to day work clothes.. The watch is BIG. I LOVE IT.. I am a big guy and i love the size of it on my wrist.. I do wish you could store more tidal points in the watch.. I go kayaking and I am usually all over south Texas on the shore and the tide varies quit differently between the bays and the coast and the wetlands so the tide is not entirely accurate for my purpose.. It is a great watch and it will take me years to figure out all it does but I am very excited to have it.. I think I will end up buying the white one as well just to wear out on weekends

I love this watch. The beauty is it's a G-Shock and not black. All my past G-Shocks for the past 25 years have been black and it's nice to see a change in options. I first saw the red one and was pulled in by that. Then this showed up and was not as flashy, goes with everything I wear, and blends well. I like the durability, the digital time, date, and day. I'm not a fan of all the useless dials on most sports watches. This fits perfectly. It's stressful when I take it off and forget where I put it.

I bought this watch a bit impulsively. I first discovered G-shocks as a teenager, putting the G-shock Mudman through the ringer and being thoroughly impressed by its ability to take a beating in the dirt and live up to its name. My faith in G-shocks was solidified when I acquired the base-line Casio g-shock, the standard one for around $49-60 bucks, while in the Army and it survived some of the most demanding and rugged training events I experienced. I bought this watch because I missed my g-shock mudman (gave it to a friend), it looked cool, and I wanted something tough to wear on my wrist. All said in done, this watch has seemed overall worth it. The display is very easy to read (I've had some negative display watches that are abysmal in low lighting), the functions are easy to set up and operate (with the exception of the tide indicator, which I haven't bothered really to learn), and the back light is clear. It's very comfortable to wear, albeit slightly bulkier than I would've like or assumed based on the pictures. The mudman was a thick, stocky watch, but it didn't jut out far from my wrist like this one seems to. I worry if I were to really do something rigorous outdoors it would take a rough beating very quickly do to it's large profile. Other than that, my only real complaint is that there is an audible tone when I activate the back light. This irritated me beyond belief when I first got the watch, but over time it's more or less faded into the background. Still, if noise discipline is critical to your job, or you're a bit OCD about this sort of thing, it's definitely worth mentioning.

When it comes to sport watches, I don't wear nothin' but the G!!!! Love the watch. The color of the watch is not blue like the picture, more of a gray blue But I love it. The-G is the only sports watch I ever wear or will buy. I'm a female and I love the men's sports G, watches. It makes me feel sporty when I wear them plus you don't see alot of people wearing them. I always get a compliment on it. FYI when you replace the battery you will have to go to a jewelry store only. Other places won't even touch them because they are expensive and the liability is a risk to work on. Had my khaki watch for years never had a problem. For some reason the features jus stopped working it was jus blank. But had a hard time getting the battery replaced.

Bought this watch in 2016. Didn't use it very much for first year, as I had the black 7900 version. Been wearing this daily now, for about 4.5 years.. Very comfortable watch, does all the great GShock stuff. Funny story, was in my hot tub and put in on the ledge. Thought I had remembered putting it on the patio table before closing the cover. Anyway, after about 10 days of missing my daily watch, I started going through the sides of couch and recliner. To no avail, it popped in my head that it might be in the filter part of hot tub. Yes, it had been in 101 degree water for about 10 days. Band was a whitish color now. Surmising from the chlorine. Got some cool water running from the sink and an old tooth brush, and it came clean. Just as before. Was then that I thought to myself, why hadn't I taken a picture of watch? Dummy me.. Anyway, have my watch back, and it's still running great.

This is probably my fourth Gshock over the past 30 years. The watch has never stopped on its own, it was always something I did. If you live life to the fullest... this is a really tough watch! Cheers

Excelente reloj digital, se siente fuerte, resistente, es un reloj grande pero al usarlo no se tiene esa sensación, todo lo contrario, es muy cómodo. 100% recomendable, yo lo compré por 50 dólares aproximadamente en el buen fin. Existen muy buenos tutoriales en internet para configurar las fases lunares y las funciones con las que cuenta, el instructivo es algo tedioso.El único detalle es que el color es totalmente diferente al que se muestra en la foto, es un color más pálido, pero la verdad es que me gusta más. Cómpralo, vas a quedar muy satisfecho.

Hard part was to set Tide graph properly - looks like in India no one aware about such things, so the required parameters are not exist in the 'ready to use' form, but thanks to Google (and to my educational background) - I've managed it, finally and now it's accurate.
