Suctionpower and Panavise Quality
Very long lasting suction cup. I owning one since 2012 still working with little modification after many years uses on a windshield of my truck.

The only choice for portable GoPro mounts
This is such a great mount. I use it in my truck, in my airplane, on my boat. It is so versatile and provides a reliable point to mount. I've ordered other mounts in the past and Panavise is by far the best.

A good value suction mount with lots of flexibly
I have to start out by saying I'm a fan of Panavise gear - it's one of my goto brands right there with Manfrotto, but it's a bit less polished and bit more industrial. I have a couple of their ball heads (that are similar in design to the ballheads on this, but all metal which is much nicer but also much heavier) and they're rock solid - plus I can buy a couple for the price of one 482 (which is probably the closest analogy).I have a couple of suction cup mounts, but in general I try to avoid using them as much as possible because they can be tricky to work with (getting good contact, not damaging the surface, being rigid, etc). My favorite suction mount is basically 4x the size of this one, pump actuated and about 4x the cost (no ball heads) - but could hold a DSLR if it needed to. So how does this compare to it? Very well - I'm not going to put a DSLR on it, but it holds a GoPro like a champ, and their ball head system gives you a ton of options. Keep in mind that in general you want to use as few adapters between the suction cup and the camera as possible - that gives it the most rigid configuration. It's worth point out that while these ball heads look nearly the same as their other ones, they are definitely not as heavy duty and use more plastic components. This is probably more due to weight than cost reduction, but it's worth pointing out - I definitely prefer their metal ball heads over these, except for the camera locking nut, which I like better on this (I think it's easier to lock in place than the metal one). For the money, I think you can't go wrong with this mount, it's got a ton of flexibility in camera positioning, the suction mechanism itself is nice with an easy release, and it's perfect for pairing with a light weight camera like the GoPro. I'm pretty picky when it comes to mounts, especially suction ones because the last thing you want is to save a couple bucks buying a cheaper one and watch your camera fly off because of it. Oh, and never use a suction mount without having a tether on it - just because you buy a good mount, don't tempt fate. ;)

Versatile Suction Cup Mounting System
I bought this mounting system to use with my GoPro Hero 4 for recording autocross runs and track day footage. Over all, the Panavise 13150 works great. The suction cup itself is rock solid to the point where no amount of pulling can removing it without disengaging the vacuum (so long as the suction cup and mounting surface are clean, and the mounting surface is reasonable flat). Hitting bumps and track curbs at race/highway speed have proven to be no problem either. The suction cup obviously needs a relatively flat surface to work best, but I have found it capable of gripping onto mildly curved car body panels without issue. The variety of mounting options offered by this kit through the various attachments and extensions are extremely versatile, making this great value for money. Additionally, compared to the current suction cup mount offered by GoPro, the ball joints utilized by the Panavise make for a much more flexible and convenient process when it comes to orienting the camera. The only real mobility restriction comes from the suction button/plunger itself, especially since the locking clasp has to be flipped up/vertically (GoPro's current suction mount is the opposite, which makes for a bit more efficient use of space)..The Panavise 13150 does a decent job of mitigating vibration as well, which is something worth considering for any action oriented mounting system. Being the longest attachment, the double knuckle extension (particularly the further out from the mounting base you position it) will produce the most vibration/camera shake when subjected to extremely bumpy environments (this hasn't proven to be much of an issue for capturing calmer/normal driving footage) like hitting bumps and road imperfections at speed on track, but it's not too bad. I would describe the level of vibration and associated camera shake as reasonably acceptable for the environment, and vibration can be further reduced by using one of the shorter extension options included with the kit.Bottom line, for the price (currently under $50), this is one of the most flexible and inclusive suction cup mounting systems you can buy, and the performance (based on my experience over the course of the past race season) should be good enough for most.

Used to Mount on a Snowboard
I bought this to mount on my snowboard, and it is very good! You have to stick it on there when the board isn't wet, but once it's on, it stays on. I have gone 45mph on some runs, done several black diamonds, and it feels like it's glued to the board. Temperatures ranged from 25 degrees F to 10 degrees F, and we'll be out there for 4-6 hours at a time, both day and night riding. It is low profile, so you will see a good amount of your board, but I wanted this configuration to reduce drag and shake. Not much for image stabilization, but still better than my taller mounts; I didn't expect to get much from this product, my camera handled that. Very pleased with the product to date.Pros: - Sticks very well to a snowboard - Was very good at around and possibly below 10 degrees F - Easy to put on and take off - Sturdy construction/materials - low profile helps reduce shake and dragCons: - low profile means more of your board will be in the video, like 1/3 of the screen. Possibly angle it up a bit more to reduce this. - Won't reapply if surface is wet, but that's the case with all suction products like these. This review is only from my experience, which is snowboarding. I can't vouch for any other uses. I hope this review has helped you in making your decision!

This mount has excellent hold and has worked very well on my jetski.
This mount has excellent hold and has worked very well on my jetski with a gopro. It's well worth the price. I've used it all over the ski and it's able to adjust to any angle I need.

It sucks. HARD!
This is a great set and a must-have for anyone who has a camera and a smooth surface they want to stick it on.This is the brand of suction mount many You Tubers and auto journalists use in car reviews for both interior and exterior shots. The suction is powerful and, so long as the surface it's mounted on is clean, would take a considerable amount of force to pull it off.Personally, I've used it in my own vehicle to mount everything from my phone, to a dash cam, to a camcorder. None have fallen from where they've been mounted.Great product!

Works very well
Great suction mount for an action camera. I use it with the AKASO EK7000 action camera, and stick it on the glass at the hockey arena. I purchased a cheaper model from another company, and it was difficult to get it to stay, and would fall off. This mount is obviously not cheap, however, the quality was well worth it. I wish it was able to go straight up (parallel to the mount direction, not perpendicular), however due to the mobility of the ball joints, I am always able to position it where I want.Well made product, would purchase again.

Not great value for the money
The kit I received was missing parts, and I realized that this suction is available from other vendors at a far less price. Just something you should be aware of. I cannot recommend this product.
