Great Tent.
********************UPDATE Dec 2017********************After more uses than we can count and traveling across the country camping with this tent we thought we would update our review. WE STILL LOVE THIS TENT!! We just returned from a winter camping trip. Not only did we have cold weather but we also had 10 mph winds with gusts up to 15 mph. Our tent did not even quiver. It has never leaked. It has always had an easy set up and an easy tear down. We have arrived at our camp site with only a few minutes before nightfall and still were able to put our tent up with time to spare. It was worth every penny we spent on it.Here are some tips that may be helpful1. Make sure you have your guylines laid down correctly! There are youtube videos on how to do this. Look them up...this may be more important than you think it is. It has nothing to do with the tiny strings and everything to do with force. Make sure you are putting your stake in the correct loop and also that your string is laid down at the right angle.2. Buy some Heavy Duty Stakes such as SE 9NRC10-20 Galvanized Non-Rust Tent Peg Stakes with Green Stopper no matter what tent or screen house you are planing on getting it is ALWAYS IMPORTANT to upgrade your stakes!! This helps your tent stand in the wind. Also make sure that you look at what campsite you are planning on camping at, if they have sand rather than dirt or gravel make sure you have sand stakes Orange Screw: The Ultimate Ground Anchor, SMALL - 4 Pack 3. With this tent in particular make sure that you are tightening down your fly. After you snap your fly onto the poles you grab the front of the strap where it is looped (in between where it is clipped on the pole and the other clip) and pull downward. This tightens the fly! Go around and do this equally to every strap. Trust me your tent won't move in the wind.We still would give this tent 5 stars it has been a great tent and has withstood many different weather and ground conditions. Looking forward to another summer camping in this tent.**********Original Review******************We spent a lot of time researching what tent would be best for our family. We wanted to be able to fit 5 twin air mattresses inside with plenty of room to spare. I am so glad we settled on this tent!!The initial set up took us 10 minutes (including removing the protective cardboard taped around the joints) when it was up we both kind of looked at each other in shock at how easy and smoothly it went up. Take down was just as easy. The next time we set it up it only took us two minutes and that was in the rain!We were able to place 3 basic twin air mattresses on one side of the tent. On the other side we placed two more. That left the middle for a large staging/changing area. Just zip up the room dividers and you have all of the privacy you need. The mesh pockets under the windows came in handy for our flashlights/keys/wallets/pocketknives and anything else we wanted to keep near us and find easily in the dark. The opening for the electrical cord has a strong Velcro so once your cord is through you can squeeze the rest together preventing leaks. On our last trip it rained buckets for two days. Not one drop came inside. That is without adding protective spray or seam sealer. It was dry in the pouring rain right out of the box.I highly recommend this tent to anyone who is looking for something well made, easy set up, and stays dry.

Great tent, great service!
Okay I originally gave CORE a 3 star review based on customer service and broken pole.I used the tent twice, and we unfortunately had one pole that snapped (pictures attached). I promptly emailed Core Equipment with the below pictures and my proof of purchase but received no response from them. After three days, I emailed again and no response at which point I decided to review this product out of frustration.Today however, I'm eating a healthy portion of crow. Because I heard a knock on my door and it was USPS with a box containing TWO brand new replacement poles from Core Equipment. So the product is great, we LOVE LOVE LOVE this tent for my wife and I and our four kids. Its SUPER quick to setup and now in retrospect, GREAT customer service. Only thing I'd add is that it would be nice if they would respond to let you know they at least heard from you.Thank you Core Equipment, you've gained a life long customer.

Great tent for family trips
Just got home from a 2 week road trip with my husband and two elementary-school kiddos. The size of this tent and the ease with which we could pop it up was a big improvement over the 8-person dome tent we took camping last year.My favorite things:* You can definitely stand up inside. My husband is 6' tall and had no issues.* You can fit 3 queen size mattresses inside, but there wouldn't be a lot of extra room, as you could guess. My kids had their queen mattress all the way over on one end of the tent, then my husband and I had our air mattress on a cot taking up the other 2/3 -- that way we could turn our cot so our heads were on the short side of the tent and we could both walk to our side of the bed without having to roll over each other.* The room dividers were great. We only used one because we essentially had "our room" and the "kids room," but it was nice to give us some privacy for changing when we were all inside.* Truly only takes 2 minutes, tops to set up.* I like all the extra pockets and loops to hang lights or other accessories on. We got 2 light/fan combos from Aldi and they worked perfectly on the loops hanging over our beds. We put smaller lanterns on the corner clips for extra reading light at night.Things to be aware of:* You definitely need to pull the corners taut and stake them down every time. One night we did an after-dark set up and were going to leave first thing in the morning -- and with the weight of our items inside, we weren't worried about blowing away, so we skipped the stakes altogether. A few good gusts of wind in the middle of the night and one pole was able to lean in, which let the whole tent collapse inwards. (Luckily we just popped it back up from the inside and were fine the rest of the night -- but we learned our lesson!)* I recommend buying some cheap long straps with buckles, or maybe a bungee cord, for when you're putting the tent away to help wrangle all the extra fabric. I did my best to fold the tent bottom into the poles as we collapsed it and folded it back up, but it was still crazy trying to stuff it back in the bag the first time. Two straps, one around the top and one around the bottom, helped cinch in all that extra material so we could get it back in the case easier. The case is more than big enough, it's just a LOT of fabric to fold bag in without a little help!I second the reviewer who noted it would be nice to be able to zip the air vents closed. We never stayed anywhere colder than 50 degrees, but with wind that's plenty chilly and it would have been nice to make the inside a little bit more "snug" by zipping up those vents.

Awesome! Indescribable!
Fantastic tent. Just bought it and set it up this weekend to test it out in backyard. It set up extremely easy and quickly. Sturdy. Spacious. BUT MOST AMAZING is excellent quality and durability. Admittedly I foolishly left the tent up in our backyard in the midst of Florida thunderstorm season and not staked down. Wicked thunderstorms blew through Daytona Beach today and our tent was blown into our fence/hedge while I was at work. When I got home I thought the tent was finished, BUT it resumed its shape with no rips, tears or bent Poles! Love it!
