So good
If you haven’t cooked with this, you’re missing out. Freaking delicious and versatile. I enjoy making a good curry soup with it, then hoarding the whole pot to myself! Ha!

I wish it was bigger in size
I love cooking this is a spice that’s not hot in taste but is so good even the grad babies ate it so that’s telling you something. It really is good. I just wish it came in a bigger size jar.

Size is very small, but good brand
Small size, but that may be enough - love this brand for coconut milk, so I'm guessing that this is the real deal as well

Flavors Anything Instantly
I normally don't buy ready paste and flavoring products and make my own. This Thai paste however is an exception. It flavors any combination of ingredients in various cuisines (not just Thai) and brings together a meal like no other, specially if you are looking for a change from many other flavoring techniques/options. I have used it in soups, stews and many recipes served with rice and pasta and it does the job very well and fast, saving time from having to prepare the flavoring from scratch. One jar is enough for good number of meals as you only need a small amount and the good news is that it also lasts a very long time in the fridge after opening. I find the balance of heat and flavor to be spot on. Not excessively bitter due to high heat or too strong. Also, once finished, you will end up with a small glass jar that you can repurpose and reuse. It is a plus that it is not stored in plastic.

A solid Curry Paste. Not a solid jar (not their fault)
I dropped the jar on the ground and broke it... but I've purchased this same product from the grocery store and it is pretty solid. Will buy this again when I'm done mourning my broken jar of curry paste.
