Love cooking this salt fish, good quality and would recommend this product to anyone who loves to cook.

This product was superb. Well packed and love the quality . The thinner bits is to be expected as if I was buying a full salted cod. Great if this product continues to be such good quality I definitely will buy it regularly.

not consistently good quality, top layers excellent, but hiding bits of old fin underneath, a little disappointing.

I have never bought Bacalhau online before and wanted it to make Sabirna Ghayour Fish cakes from he book Persiana. The fish was very salty but that was expected but the texture of the fish after socking for about 36 hours was still very firm and made excellent fish cakes. Just thinking about what else to make.
