Very surprised
This product was superb. Well packed and love the quality . The thinner bits is to be expected as if I was buying a full salted cod. Great if this product continues to be such good quality I definitely will buy it regularly.

Best bacalhau
Fox mas condoada thought Id try the product this side of portugal. It was so perfect, meaty and delicious. Packaged carefully and delivered on time. Value for money. A grateful and satisfied customer.

Good whole chunky product
Good big chunky fillets. Great condition. Very well packaged. Used for many different fritters and stew dishes. Very nice will buy more soon.

Good quality salt cod
I have never bought Bacalhau online before and wanted it to make Sabirna Ghayour Fish cakes from he book Persiana. The fish was very salty but that was expected but the texture of the fish after socking for about 36 hours was still very firm and made excellent fish cakes. Just thinking about what else to make.
