Item poorly made
The ring that you attach your TomTom to does not hold the TomTom securely. The TomTom falls off easily. I decided to try and use the Suction part of the Borola unit by attaching the original TomTom mounting ring. It was not easy. The swivel ball was a different diameter. I shimmed it and made it work using the TomTom ring. It is too bad that it wasn't made correctly.

Temperamental in cold weather.
Suction is pretty good, and is easy to put on, and take off of window, and , and detaches from GPS with little to no problem, but I just started recently having problems as the weather became colder. Suction cup would not stay on window until my wife suggested I use hand sanitizer. A drop or two rubbed on the suction cup worked well. I try a dash mount that worked better, but not the ball that rotates the GPS became loose , so I'm gluing it to one position with the hope that it stays in position. I suggest not buying this item.

Good little gadget.
Bought this for my "older" Tom Tom. Fit no problem and the suction cup is very strong. Overall a good deal!

Good not great!
Suction to windshield very good. Fixture to satnav hard to get on but good when on right. Knocked a star of because it is hard to attach to the tomtom satnav. But is good value for money.

This worked really well until I went around the sharp corner and then it fell off. Of course the window could’ve been a little bit dirty it’s not my car I put it in, its my husbands.
