Had to use this for sales class and it was okay.
I rented this textbook for my sales class at university and it was useful for the course, but you can honestly learn more about sales on the internet. Though, it definitely does teach the fundamentals. The case studies I did in this textbook were a bit entertaining, but only semi-relevant in today’s day and age of marketing. But I’m not a sales major either, so who am I to judge.
