Hello and thank you for the inquiry. To remove the old valve, you can use a crochet hook (recommend size 4.5MM). Insert down through the old valve until it hooks on the back side of the valve and then pull very slowly and firmly until old valve is out. Once old valve is out insert new valve (will require a good amount of pressure) until it seats itself. Once seated, just pumpuptheball to required specifications.
