This was excellent for my torn ACL

My primary mode of exercise is swimming. I tore my PCL from a fall and couldn’t push off the wall without pain and the feeling of instability. I tried various braces and this is the one that worked! Good thickness of neoprene, does not slip or roll down during flip turns or push offs. It is also very insulating. The black color faded from the pool chlorine but the integrity of the neoprene has not been affected so far. Another thinner neoprene brace I tried broke down quickly from the pool chemicals and stretched out to uselessness. Very happy with this brace.

I use this sleeve when I play sand volleyball. I have an old minor meniscus injury that still bothers when during certain movements/activities. I think this sleeve does a good job at providing support and heat to my knee and I haven't had any pain while wearing it. I also feel like I have full function as it moves well with me. Since it is neoprene based I wouldn't wear this sleeve for more than 2-3 hours at a time. It gets really sweaty. Overall very satisfied.

Compression is just right. Does not slip. Comfortable to wear for hours.

I bought these to use in CrossFit. I considered the Rehab bands, but I didn't want to shell out the $40+ per leg... so I picked up these McDavid bands as an alternative. I've compared these to several friends' Rehab bands, and the McDavid ones are constructed very similarly, but use slightly thinner neoprene. Overall, I've been happy with their performance. They stay up pretty well, offer a decent amount of support, and help give a nice "rebound" out of the bottom of my squats, pistols, etc. I also wear them for deadlifting and box jumping to help protect my knees. They seem a bit longer than the Rehab bands, which allows for more coverage of the area above and below the knee. They do make your legs pretty sweaty, but the good news is that every time I've washed them, the stink came right out. A trick for putting them on: turn them inside out, stick your foot through the narrow end, and the pull up from the bottom to turn the right-side out as you pull them up over your calf/knee. I suggest you give these a try if you are not ready to invest in Rehab bands but are looking for solid knee support.

I've been wearing this for a few months now (size small), as directed by my doctor - mainly things like climbing stairs & standing for long periods of time, walks to class, etc. Occasionally I'll wear it at night. For the most part it seems to help, the tightness was satisfactory for a while but about two weeks in I noticed it has become considerably looser around my leg. Now I have to constantly adjust it unless I wear something (like my leggings or tights) underneath it to make up for the extra space. The material is comfortable to touch but can get extremely hot. I'm not a person who sweats easily but this gives my skin practically no room to breathe. In the winter this was nice, but now that its warmer its almost unbearable. I still wear it as directed, but i'm really considering buying another one (different brand) in the hopes that it won't immediately stretch out and it might be more breathable.

It really helped my sprained ACL. I would suggest ordering one size smaller than suggested.

This is a nice product, providing warmth and light duty support to the muscles surrounding the knees. I've tried many different supports from many manufacturers. McDavid is my preferred choice. While more expensive than other brands, in this case you get what you pay for. They are more comfortable, don't irritate or scratch. and are durable even after repeated washings. When I need more support, but still want to be mobile and not restricted I use the Cho-Pat Dual Action knee strap.

J'ai fait l'achat de ce produit afin de soulager une douleur à l'extérieur du genou. Je sors marcher 1 heure à tous les jours et cette genouillère a beaucoup aidé. Cela fait 2 jours que je la porte lorsque je vais marcher et je n'ai plus aucune douleur. Je suis contente et satisfaite de cet achat. J'ai hésité dans le choix de la grandeur: mon genou fait 14 po de circonférence, j'ai opté pour la grandeur Small (12-14 po). C'est très serré mais on s'habitue vite. La grandeur Médium est pour un genou de 14-15 po. C'est pour cela que j'ai hésité dans le choix de grandeur. Bon produit, belle qualité. Je recommande.
