I was very happy with the product until one of my bottle cracked making it unusable. I contacted their customer service only to be told they don't sell replacement bottles, I would have.to buy a whole new blender. This is not only very impractical but also not eco friendly as i now have a perfectly working electric blender but can only bin it as no bottle to use it with!

Grinder does not grind cinnamon sticks to a consistent powder - some bigger bits left. Also if doing protein shakes powder need to be mixed with liquid before blending as containers are tall and it may stick and stay at the bottom end.Takeaway containers are very comfy to hold and drink from.Good value for money.

I browsed many blenders, then chose this one, not only because this one is good looking, but also in good quality. The second picture is my first time use it to make a pumpkin paste, it amazed me. The speed is very fast but the vibration is not strong, so it's very safe. I used to use the small box to make juice. I really enjoyed this blender in my daily life. And I will try to cook more things by using blender in the future.

This is a great blender! I wish I knew about this brand earlier! I never post a pic but this little beautiful blender should be known to so many people! I have another blender with 1000 wat power but the container is plastic like most of others in market. So I got the new and I am so happy with this new one woth less power even! I just used it twice for protein shake with frozen berries and also made fresh coffe with grinding part! All is perfect! Thanks! Love this! I hope it works well for few years. However the containers are plastic and I usually get the new ones after 3 years but this one has a spare container that's awesome! Brilliant! Thanks! Highly recommended!

I bought this blender due to the many positive reviews and was very excited when it arrived. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed when I used it. I've used it a couple of times now and each and every single time the content leaked out of the bottle when I tried to blend it. This morning it squirted like mad and the rather liquid content then dripped into the machine and came out where the hot air of the engine would leave the machine.I can definitely not recommend this product. Will have to stick with the higher priced but better quality products by one of those big name brands then.Edit: just two days after my review the company contacted me offering me a free replacement for the product. It arrived swiftly, communication and support was very good and easy. I am now going to test this replacement and will update the review then after a month.Editedit: so I used the replacement twice. The first time it worked like a charm. The second time it didn't. When pushing the blend button I heard something crack in the machine and that was it. Wasn't and isn't. working anymore. AFTER USING IT ONLY ONCE! Are all their products like this? Or is it just super bad luck? I don't care cause I'm done with this crap.Thumbs up for the customer service as mentioned above. At least that seems to work.

This is a great product. Really sturdy and works very well. Very impressed. I’d not heard of this brand before but it is good. I’ve dropped the star because I’ve realised that you can get this product for a bit more money but with an added food processor tool. Which I think would be excellent value for money. You don’t seem to be able to buy those elements separately. From what I can work out there are 3 kits. One is just the smoothie/shake maker, the next kit also has a mini grinder and the next kit also has the food processor. So just think about what you want begird you buy.

Worked great for two and a half months then just stopped. The price seems reasonable but since I had to buy another smoothie maker so shortly after this machine was not a good buy. I very rarely give bad reviews. The worst issue is that I found water seeping out of the electronic part within where the eletric wires are and I could have been electrocuted.My advice is do not buy this smoothie maker.

Blender worked fine as you would expect, the blend cups are a bit deep which makes getting thick stuff out of them a bit difficult but that's the price you pay for the extra capacity. The safety tabs on both cups have now broken off however making them useless unless I bypass the safety mechanism on the blender. I don't know whether the cups were made with cheap plastic or whether the dishwasher has weakened the plastic but these things weren't even close to seeing every day action and they haven't even lasted a year. I now have a 27 quid coffee grinder and I don't drink coffee. My previous cheap blender from a different maker that has a slightly smaller capacity is still going strong after 5 years.
