Our deck had darkened and was stained very bad from our trees. We tried sanding, power washing, and using a couple other products, to no avail. We read some reviews on Amazon and watched a couple You Tube videos where the workers used the WASH SAFE SUPREME and it seemed to work. We ordered and tried this product and it simply worked great. We sprayed it on our deck, let it set for 10 to 15 minutes and then power washed it. Our deck looks tremendous!!!

Mixed this product for a full 15 minutes per instructions as it states this step is very important. Used on wood fence and did not do a thing. I mean nothing....no change at all! Also sprayed down some dirty white landscaping stone and nothing. What a scam!! Don't buy this stuff unless you like getting ripped off!

Basically this is hydrogen peroxide in powder form; just mix it with water and you're set to go. I bought it to power wash our Trex deck, which is light grey. It cleaned up the deck and garden furniture, side of house etc nicely (better than pressure washing alone) and did not damage any of my plants, which was important to me as we have lots of roses and creepers that grow up the side of the house to the deck, plus plant beds right below. However, it didn't get deep enough to penetrate the worst of the leopard-spot mold that has settled in on the shady side of the house. I have had to order Wash Safe's more hard core deck cleaner for that, which is designed for that very problem. Incidentally I ordered the new stuff directly from Wash Safe and it was far cheaper than Amazon.

I have used this moss remover for 15+ years. Love it. Usually last 2 years before needing to spray again. I have used it on my composite roof, bricks, and on paved driveway. Does have to be mixed, but works great. I have a 15 gallon sprayer I put on my quad. My last 40 lb tub lasted over 5 years and still worked great. I just spray it on and let the rain wash off. I have pressure washed it off the bricks before, but last longer if I just leave it on. Hasn't hurt the bricks or my roof.

This product works great on almost everything and is clean.

I have a five-year-old shingle roof in South Florida and I have applied the product per the directions 3 times with the third time being double strength and the roof is still not 100% clean. Also tried it on my wood fence and made absolutely no difference at all. Used it on my concrete walkways and made no difference on those all. When it comes to cleaning products anything organic or chemical free usually doesn’t work and this product has proven true to that belief as well. Waste of time and money. Should have just used bleach.

We used it to clean our house, sidewalks and decks. Worked really well! Do not get it on Windows or glass fixtures. It leaves a film that's hard to get off. I had to scrape Windows with a blade.

I have been using Wash Safe for three years with great success. In Louisiana every thing gets mildew outdoors due to rain,humidity and heat. I spray Wash Safe allow it to soften up the mildew for 15 minutes and then wash it off with a pressure washer. Removal is safe, very easy and thorough. Works just as well on cement, vinyl siding and fence. It is biodegradable and does not harm my wife's garden and shrubs all around the house. Great product and highly recommend it. Very pricey.
