Very easy to use, does exactly what is required and stores readings. Nothing fancy, just reliable and accurate. Cuff fits well on my large upper arm (42cm) despite claiming to only fit to 32cm. Bought this one as its the one my surgery use and I knew the cuff would fit. Excellent product. Bought an Omron M3 but sent it back as I tried it over 20 times and couldn't get it to provide a single reading.

Bought this as a xmas pressie for my mother in 2012 and it's used everyday, twice a day since then. My dad uses it too now! It seems to be accurate because they also got checked by the doctor and it was a similar reading. The only thing I observed was it's best you take 3 readings one after the other then record the average as the most accurate. I found also that the first reading tends to be sometimes way off the two others - I don't know why??? It's still a great unit for checking your blood pressure and pulse rate and so easy to use. I like the fact it memorises the last 30 by the pressing of a button. The only quibble I have is that I think it should have been complemented with an AC power so you have the option of wall power or battery power. I've since located a UK supplier who sells this for £10.

I needed to take a blood pressure and pulse reading twice a day. The A&D UA-767 Plus 30 Digital Blood Pressure unit from A&D Medical was the perfect instrument to assist me in this task. It is extremely easy to use and does what it says on the box. I am very pleased to own it.

The description of the item says "Cuff size supplied with this Blood Pressure monitor is 22-43cm", whereas the actual cuff size supplied with this product is 22-32cm. Very disappointed indeed.

The item description on the website says: " Cuff size supplied with this Blood Pressure monitor is 22-32cm. Other options are available for separate purchase. 7.1 - 8.7'' (18 - 22cm) - Small 12.8 - 18'' (32 - 45cm) - Large A&D UA-787". However boxed instructions say: "not suitable for small cuff", so I had to return it as I deliberately ordered this monitor because I thought I could order the small cuff separately for my wife. Although It was Amazon's fault for having an incorrect item description, they deducted the return postage from my refund until I complained about this.

Works fast and efficient, good little machine and not too expensive. Reliable readings, easy to use. Would recommend, definitely, definitely

I have used the blood pressure monitor a few times and as far as I can ascertain it is accurate. I was slightly perurbed by the size of the cuff given on site as my husband had quite well developed arms. I actually ordered a large cuff to be on the safe side,this was out of stock but when the item arrived the cuff fit perfectly.

Cette marque est utilisée de plus en plus dans les cabinets médicaux et en médecine du travail. L’algorithme de mesure et de détection des tension systolique et diastolique étant reconnus par les professionnels des appareils d'automesure comme étant l'un des plus fiable! C'est suffisant pour un particulier. En gamme plus élevée on trouve des appareils capables d'être programmés pour faire des séries de mesure et ressortir le tout via USB sur un ordinateur, ce qui fait la différence de prix. Mais l’électronique de base pour une mesure reste la même.

works well easy to use a bit pricey, but its utility surpasses the initial cost (for most people) i'm not so sure about the alternatives

Ayant une légère surtension à surveiller, cet appareil est vraiment très pratique : une seule touche à effleurer après la mise en place du brassard et tout se passe automatiquement jusqu'à l’affichage des résultats. A la remise en marche suivante la moyenne des 30 dernières mesure s'affiche avant la reprise du processus. Et, si on respecte les conditions de prise de mesure habituelles, les résultats sont fiables.
