Love them all, but especially the Thai green chili. I put it on everything!

Umami Reserve sauce is amazing with just the right amount of heat. I would buy this by the gallon if it was available in that size.The Thai green sauce is my second favorite. Just wish it was hotter. Can't imagine it being midway on Hot Ones with a 74,000 Scoville units. But what it lacks in heat it makes up for in flavor. If you like Trader Joe's Green Dragon this is by far more flavorful with a hints of lemongrass and thai ginder and not being too overpowering with cilantro. Another sauce that should be available in the gallon size as a verse sauce to make thai enchiladas dish.Update: I have since realized that the Thai Green here is not the same as what Hot Ones feature and it seems that hotter version is only available from Heatonist.

Love all of these sauces; actually a reorder since my boyfriend bought the first batch. However, one of the bottles was broken on arrival. :( not sure at what point it happened, I just opened the "umami" flavor and noticed the seal was broken and half of the bottle cap came off.

Umami!! These sauces are well crafted and unique. It’s not about insane heat. It’s about appropriate heat for the job at hand. I use in all sorts of cuisine styles. My wife simply can handle spicy food. So I make recipes leaving out the hot ingredients and I use these sauces to amp up my serving beautifully to a level that I like. These three varieties give you varied options depending on the dish.

We tried the Ghost Pepper version of the Thai green hot sauce, and we were blown away by how amazing it was. It had great flavor, and tons of spice. My boyfriend could not get enough of it. That version of the Thai green hot sauce was not available, so I bought this three pack hoping to get three sauces that were just as appealing. The umami sauce is odd and has zero spice to it (I'll admit it says very mild, but literally has not even a hint of spice). The Thai green that is supposed to be "medium" has no heat whatsoever. The smoked jalapeño is the only one that I would actually keep, but for $25 dollars, I am not satisfied at all. I don't really understand how you can call two of these "hot sauce" when they aren't even a tad bit spicy.

This set is all about flavor. While there is just enough heat to let you know its a hot sauce, its easy enough for everyone to handle and enjoy the flavors. The Umami definitely has tones of soy and mushrooms, the Thai Green is a great Thai curry flavored sauce, and the smoked jalapeno is fantastic fairly strong smoked tasting sauce that still lets the jalapeno shine. I highly recommend that this set makes its way into the collection of both those that love sauces and those still trying to find what they like.

Thai Green Sauce makes my taste buds feel like I'm in a delicious river of heaven. Anything you have need a little Asian spice? BAM! Emeril wishes he made it.The Umami is a very mild sauce but brings out great flavors if you find yourself wanting a little more flavor without redoing all your flavors.The Smoked Jalapeno is good at what it does.I'm looking forward to grabbing more sauces from Seed Ranch as they have all been very good.

Very watery, no heat at all, but Flavor is good. Disappointed..
