Onsitego 2 Years Extended Warranty for Printers and Scanners from Rs. 1 to 10000 (Email Delivery in 2 Hours)

I am a returning customers to onsitego as I have already used there services earlier, I am happy to write this review as my experience with the kind of service they offer is excellent and worth sharing. My printer which broke down during normal course of action they taken all necessary steps for remedial tasks and once the fault was found they didn't hesitate to replace the device with a new One.Many thanks for keeping the bar so high.Bravo!!!!

I bought it for my printer during Festival Sale for 499. It gives me 2 years Extended warranty on my printer.It is easy to useJust fill the online formIt inclueds Model No , Serial No , Contact No and email id basic detailsAfter finishing they will provied you certificateWhen somethings hapoend after Your Product Warranty then you can call them they will come collect your device repair it and re deliver to you

extremely helpful as now I can use my printer without any worry. In a meanwhile I got some issue with the colored printing so I called them and IT was very helpful and they assured me that I can contact them anytime for service again.

Do not buy these so-called extended warranties, they're scammers. I bought this for my printer and after a year it started developing issues with the print quality. I requested a service pickup, they checked the printer and said that there is an issue with the printer head, which is not covered under the warranty so they will not be able to repair the printer. The printer head isn't covered under the warranty, really?? That's literally the main point of failure in a printer. Be very very careful if you decide to buy this and if you do, make sure you carefully read all the fine print and make sure that you are willing to take the chance that this warranty won't cover repairs if your printer does get damaged in the future.

Ex-lent response with customers and solve the problems immediatelyinitially i didn't get welcome mail to register my product online but after chatting with customer care live then solve my problem immediately so i suggest all of you to buy this extended warranty for your newly buying gadgets

Please keep in mind that the total term of the manufacturers warranty and Extended warranty cannot exceed 2 years according to the company but this printer comes with One year manufacturer warranty so technically you can buy only one year extended warranty. Don't waste your money purchasing two year extended warranty like I did. These things should have been explained in the product description to the consumer not after the purchase.

Purchased this Onsite product along with my HP printer thinking it will be good but it is the worst kind of service one can expect. I feel the company is ill-equipped to handle such things -- lack of manpower, coordination with service centres etc. I made a request on 20 May to fix some issue with my printer - first I was told there are issues with their service centre due to lockdown etc, which went on and one for more than a month. Then I was told to repair on my own with HP service centre and that OnSite will reimburse me, and finally when I drove all the way to HP centre, it was closed as some worker contracted covid-19. Now, they are again trying to send someone from their service centre. If you want to wait for eternity to service your product, then please go ahead, or DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
