Very nice
I was happy with this banner, however it did not come with two strings, it only came with one string, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY had to be all one line when the picture displayed two rows, one for HAPPY and one for BIRTHDAY. I used this banner for a Fortnite themed birthday party

It was just photo paper
Very disappointed. Way too expensive for the quality (also thought I was paying 10.99 and ended up 17.49). The flags were poorly cut and did not come assembled. I thought I was getting a party store quality product. I could have made this myself.
