I put these strings on my acoustic guitar and was impressed straight away with the sound. They have a nice bright tone that really brings out the clarity, especially on the higher notes. They were simple to fit and tuned up quickly without too much stretching, and they’ve held their tuning well so far. The bronze finish gives them a nice look too. They feel reasonably soft on the fingers when new, making them comfortable for beginners or children, and the tone is acceptable for strings at this price point. The set is very affordable, making it an economical choice for replacing strings or keeping as a spare, but with caveats. 🎸 I purchased this set for a seldom-used guitar with a broken A string, prioritising cost over quality. The strings had a noticeable corkscrew profile that straightened under tension, and they were lighter than the original strings and less stable after tuning. The pack's listed tuning was inaccurate, although the string packets matched standard tuning correctly. These are a reasonable budget option for non-critical use or inexpensive guitars but unsuitable if you require stable, high-quality strings. I am happy enough with them but I knew what I was buying. ✔️

Great product

Easy enough to restring, being cheap Nylon strings they are very stretchy. It was a real job to get it back into tune after changing and even now several weeks later the strings don't hold tune for long. The three thickest (E, A & D) are out by only a small amount but the three thinnest (G, B & E) are always out by loads. End of the day re-tuning each time you pick the guitar up isn't the end of the world and in fairness it could be the guitar! The strings were cheap enough and were delivered quickly.

I tried tensioning it for about 6 times now due to adjusting the guitar action, nut and saddle height but stayed stable and it seem a durable nice string at great price. I even tried it on my steel string acoustic and sounds OK, this has a good tone, light and smooth feel.

These are very definitely budget strings but they do have the benefit of being very cheap and not being the worst ever! Durable and light enough for a eg a child’s 1/2 size guitar, useful as replacements for single broken strings, I have also used them as a temp set when setting a guitar up after reconditioning etc. I wouldn’t choose them over even the cheapest regular branded strings but they’re useful to have as a backup etc. The main thing to be aware of is that (like many very cheap strings) they are much shorter than the strings you get from DAddario/Martin/EB etc - so no room for error when winding and cutting! They don’t have a great deal of volume and I’m not convinced they would withstand a lot of heavy playing but they are perfectly playable and feel fine.
