Does not work with all the games I have. Was very difficult to get hooked up. No support offered on this product

It is very complicated to set up and so far I still do not know how to use it. I will say I'm pretty tech savvy but this is way to difficult or the seller gave me a faulty one.

when i got the headset it wouldnt connect to my ps3 and then when it was able 2 connect the name for the device or password didn't match what wuz in the manual
