Would this be any good to make garlic bread

It's possible if you mixed in with butter but I wouldn't, its not the best tasting rub they do.... just get a garlic bulb and chick in mixervafter peeling and add to block of butter, will taste better.

What do you do with it as it’s a powder

I tend to coat chicken pieces in powder. Put pieces in a small bag put in powder coat and leave in fridge usually overnight. I'm going to try mixing with yogurt and coating to give a better coverage. It doesn't coat as well as the Chinese glaze.

How long does this product last once opened?

I’ve had it for 2 years and I’m still using it. As long as the lid is put back on tight I can’t see a problem with it.
