They respond quickly, no arguments, full reimbursement for damaged phone.
Asurion has come through for me on a couple of occasions. They respond very quickly. We were far from home visiting family and my wife's phone stopped charging. I called, had a new phone sent in two days, and received a full refund on the old one.

Fast Response
This protection plan was for a small flip phone. The phone became useless when the screen would no longer light up. It seemed to have worn out at one of the pivot points since this was a flip phone. I contacted Asurion on line, explained the problem, and Asurion provided me with a mailing label to return the phone. I mailed the phone back as requested through UPS. I received an email in less than a day telling me that my refund was approved and placed in my Amazon account and would automatically be applied to my next qualifying purchase. I checked my account and it was there. However, since it was in the form of a gift card, I wasn't expecting that the refund would be AUTOMATICALLY applied to my next purchase.

my son cracked the screen on his phone. It was easy to submit a claim and I was fully reimbursed for the cost of the phone.

I cannot use my warenty?
So i bought a phone and this 2 year protection plan it offered me to replace the phone if anything happens and my cell phone one day at work i took it out of my locker and the power button was no longer working. so i tried to get a refund/replacement on my orders on amazon and it said return window closed even tho i just bought it only a month ago and i have purchased a 2 year protection plan. i then contacted amazon themselves and they directed me to ZTE (the maker of my phone) and did a whole troubleshoot on the phone for me. Still could not fix my problem. Its literally just the button stopped working physically even tho the phones fine physically it has no wear or tear on it; it still looks brand new. I had just gotten it a month ago. After this run around i contacted the seller of the protection plan directly this message, Hello i purchased this warranty and my phones power button does not work and i cannot use the phone if screen times out because power button is unresponsive. I contacted amazon for a replacement and they directed me to ZTE and they troubleshooted the phone. Did the hold power button to try and prompt a response, and nothing. We looked into the setting of the phone and other software's, nothing. We made sure it was all up to date yes it was indeed. We did a factory reset, and still nothing. Since i purchases this 2 year warranty for the cell phone may i please use this to replace my phone which is defective. Please and thank you. still no response and still no ones helped me get a replacement or refund. I hope they see this and help me out. This is getting ridiculous.

Wasn't very helpful.
I needed information about which sim card would work with transferring my service and there was so much static on the call that I couldn't even hear the person I was talking to and then after spending almost an hour on this call I ended up getting the wrong information from the person handling the call.

Wait and See...I’ll see if the insurance is adequate when I need to file a claim.
I’ll let you know if I’m pleased with the coverage when and if I need it.
