I am a gymming enthusiast. I do weight training and wear this to give support to my knees and deal with regular wear and tear and aches and pain.I have been using this for the past 1 month.Let's get on to the review.The knee cap support came as a pair in a white carton box.The knee support is made of a stretchable and beautiful knitted material which is comfortable to wear.I love the color blue and black and pattern on this. It looks super cool.The well knitted support gives sufficient mobility , stability and support to the knee.It doesn't bite into the skin and doesn't restrict blood circulation.The knee cap support doesn't roll down ( take care to pick the right size)If you are average weight then medium to large size will suit you most probably.I am totally satisfied with this and would recommend this highly.Hope my review is helpful to you.Thanks for reading.

Knees cap are of very good quality , very comfortable , and also provide very good support to the knees. And at this price point , it worth every penny.

As per product size spec 38 to42 is for l size. I meased my knee and it was 41 and bought the same l. But to my surprise it was loose and product is not returnable.. Obviously if a product is showing size l has 38 to42 then it should be tighter for me as my knee is 41.really.not correct diemensions and mileaded me wasting money for me. Product as such is well built and good quality but will be getting rubber smell all thw time
