It's pretty thin, but light and soft. It's very warm and you can feel the warmth as soon as you put it on.I love my blanket and so do the cats.

Good value for the money
Great lap rug and my cat loves it. My only complaint is that the weight of the fabric is a less than what I think is ideal for a lap rug. Still a good product.

Cozy and festive blanket.
We were traveling in our Airstream Trailer during the Holidays and I wanted to add some festive touches to brighten things up. This is a very soft and fluffy blanket. It’s double thickness with a snowy pattern on one side and a plain cream fleece the other. I got more than I bargained for with my snowy theme and one night we did get some snow! Unexpected in our location! The blanket helped to keep our toes warm at night and was perfect for an afternoon nap. Our dog also loved curling up on it so it needed a good wash. It came out of the drier looking as good as new.
