I use Baker's Joy Spray on all of my Bundt pans and never have any stick in the pan. It washes out easily and doesn't leave a residue like regular PAM spray does. The other option is to keep a clean paint brush with soft bristles in the kitchen to apply your grease and then shake the flour around afterward as usual. Hope this helps!!

Q: How long to bake a bundt cake or apple cake. @ what temperture

It takes the same amount of time and at the same temperature as any bundt cake or apple cake in a bundt pan. I baked a chocolate cake at 350 degrees with no problem.

Q: I used it and loved it the first couple of times. Now it starts sticking - twice already. Don't know why and what to do. Any advice?

I only used mine once. You could try spraying with a nonstick spray or lightly greasing with oil or butter. Before removing a cake run a firm plastic spatula all around the cake's perimeter too.
